Veronica saw the potential of property a few years ago and used some equity in the family home to invest in buy to let property. Operating from home with a phone (and her filing in a cardboard box!), in between school runs, her portfolio expanded to include properties from Dubai to Hackney, Manchester to Abergavenny and between. She continues to add to her holdings, concentrating now on property in East Anglia. Amazed at the way that, what started out as “dabbling in property” has evolved to a valuable and fascinating business, she has analysed the components of what has made this work. Mel has joined Veronica in Heavenly Property to take the service to its next level. With over twelve years experience in property, including: renovation; refurbishment; project management; lettings; and the setting up and running of her own Estate Agency, Mel is steeped in property knowhow. Now building her own investment property portfolio, using her extensive knowledge of the market in East Anglia, Mel firmly believes that research is the key to choosing the right properties in the right areas with solid rental yield and potential for capital growth. Mel’s research entails incessant networking, number crunching, negotiating, questioning and amassing the information and knowledge that are the key to making excellent decisions.
